The screened front lanai has a beautiful stone floor, two very nice seating areas complete with rocking chairs, a fridge, full sized, tiled laundry room, and handily located one of the two full bathrooms. Kitchen is updated with higher end finishes, stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets, and you can be sure the coffee maker is handy! Take your coffee out to relax at the high-top bistro set on the screened back lanai overlooking the canal. It's only steps down the paved path to the new dock (under construction - it's that new). Two standing inflatable paddle boards are available to enjoy during your stay!

Dining room with nice big windows has a nice circular dining table set and is just off the spacious and very comfy living room, which also has a second conversation/reading area. Trending paint colors throughout also extend into the updated bathroom conveniently located for all three bedrooms (with TV's in each one!) Very nice coastal lighting and curtain styles reflect a truly relaxing vacation environment. NO PETS. Eligible renters are 18 or older, must pass background and credit checks and cover application fees, 1st, last and security deposit.
